COMMISSIONING A CUSTOM DOODLE - HOW IT WORKS

Each of our custom doodles are created in collaboration with our lovely clients, who share with us their vision!


To begin the custom design process, each client must first choose:

a) An existing mirror they own, that they would like doodled on

b) One of our "Available Mirrors" for sale on our website


Next, we ask clients to fill out our “Commission a Piece” form. Once we have received the form, we will reach out with an email confirmation and pricing specifics within 3-5 business days.

To begin the work, we request a non-refundable $50 deposit which will be deducted from the final price of the piece. Once the deposit has been received, we will be in touch with a sketch!

Turn around time for finished works is around 4 weeks. 

The breakdown of our pricing is as follows (numeric values will be provided via confirmation email): Price of the mirror ($0 if provided) + $/hr it takes for us to work on the piece + $ standard fee for supplies :)

We offer delivery within the GTA for $30 or free curb-side pickup from our studio located at 1 Wiltshire Ave in Toronto, ON. 

Canada-wide shipping is available, however, shipping price varies on size and weight of the mirror. Any specific shipping questions can be directed to our email: mirrordoodles@gmail.com
